Heat a large skillet, cast iron pan, or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the pan. After 20–30 seconds, use a spatula to gently scrape and move the batter around, creating scrambled, egg-like pieces.
Continue breaking the mixture into bite-sized pieces, stirring occasionally to ensure everything cooks evenly.
When the pancake pieces are firm and resemble thick dough, remove the pan from the heat.
