- 1 Teaspoon Hydrogen Peroxide
- Water
Start by running some cold water over the blood stain to rinse off what you can.
Pour about a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide straight on the sheets to help remove the blood.
Let it fizz for a minute or two.
Gently rub or use a laundry brush to get all the hydrogen peroxide worked in.
Rinse it off with cold water and then repeat if necessary.
Once you have the stain removed then you can wash it. It is very important to use the cold water washing method.
Use the tap cold or cold water setting on your washing machine to wash the clothes.
Important!
If you have darker sheets you will want to be careful because the hydrogen peroxide can bleach the sheets. You can dilute the hydrogen peroxide with water to help keep the bleaching to a minimum.
Just mix water and hydrogen peroxide about 50-50. So about a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide to a teaspoon of water.
Bleaching still may occur.
