Equipment

  • 1 Tray
  • 1 Parchment Paper
  • 1 Freezer Container

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Raspberries

Instructions

  • Start by washing and cleaning the raspberries. I use thisĀ homemade produce wash. Make sure you remove any raspberries with bad spots.
  • Allow them to air dry on a paper towel or kitchen towel.
  • Once they are dry, place them on a small tray or plate that will fit in your freezer.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for about 1 hour. This will allow the berries to freeze so they don't stick.
  • After an hour remove the raspberries from the freezer and place them in a freezer-safe container. I like to use small snack bags to divide them up.
