Freezer Meatballs

Save money and time by making a large batch of these easy freezer meatballs. They are so much better than store-bought and your family will love the taste of these homemade meatballs.

  • 1 Cookie Dough Scoop
  • 1 Freezer Safe Container

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef Use ground turkey to be healthier
  • 1 Onion Finely chopper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Start by mixing up the onion, salt, bread crumbs, and eggs in a large bowl.
  • Then add the 2 pounds of ground beef until completely mixed.
  • You can form the meatballs by hand or I prefer to use a cookie scoop for a less messy approach to making the meatballs.
  • Place all the freezer meatballs in a freezer safe container and label the container.
  • Then store the container in the freezer.
  • When you are ready to cook the freezer meatballs you can remove them from the freezer and let them thaw. Then bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until done.
