DIY Shower Spray

Equipment

  • 1 spray bottle
  • 1 squeege if desired

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Rubbing Alcohol
  • 5 drops Dish Soap I prefer Dawn Dish Soap
  • 10-20 drops Lemon Essential Oil

Instructions

  • Put 1/2 cup of vinegar in the bottle.
  • Add 3/4 cup of water to the bottle.
  • Then add 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol to the spray bottle.
  • Add 5 drops of dish soap to the spray bottle.
  • Finally, add about 10-20 drops of lemon essential oil to the bottle. Give it a little shake and you are ready to use.
  • Then, just lightly mist the shower, faucets, and shower door after your shower.

Notes

I like Dawn dish soap for the DIY shower spray, however, some people swear by castile soap. Castile soap is great but doesn't work as well with hard water, in my opinion. So if you tend to have hard water I would stick to dawn.
