Cream cheese caramel apple dip is guaranteed to be a huge hit! Made with just 3 simple ingredients, it's ready in no time, and great for fall gatherings and parties.
I love the fall season and all it offers like cool weather, pumpkins and apples. Ever since a friend introduced me to this dip I have been completely in love. It is so creamy and rich. This time of year always makes me think of caramel apples, but I really don't want to go through all of the hassle. That's where this delicious dip comes into play!
It's almost more of a cheesecake taste than caramel. The kids will happily finish their apples when you serve it with this amazing caramel toffee dip.
Ingredients Needed:
Heath Chocolatey English Toffee Baking Bits (as much as you want) - you can also rough chop Heath bars if that's all you can find.
cream cheese - allow it to soften to room temperature before mixing.
Caramel Dip - (you can use Marzetti dip or make your own)
How to Make Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Dip
Step 1: In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese and 8 ounces of caramel. Use a hand mixer and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Spread the mixture onto a board or plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from the fridge and pour the remaining caramel sauce over top of the cream cheese layer.
Step 4: Top the dip with crunchy toffee bits and serve with fresh apple slices.
Tips for Making
- Definitely use an electric mixer so you can get the creamiest texture.
- To keep the crisp apple slices from browning, cut apples just before serving and toss them in a little bit of lemon juice to keep them from browning.
- Don't have toffee? You could also use chocolate chips instead.
What to Serve With
Dessert dips like this one can be served a variety of ways, here's some of our favorite dippers.
- Vanilla wafers
- Fresh fruit
- Marshmallows
- Shortbread cookies
- Pretzels
- Graham crackers
How to Store
Keep leftover caramel cream cheese apple dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Which kind of apple is best to use?
Since this is a sweet dip, I recommend using tart apples like Granny Smith apples or Pink Lady.

Heath is my favorite! This dip looks so yummy, and the perfect addition to an apple. Although, maybe it defeats the purpose of eating the apple in the first place? Oh well 😉 Thank you for sharing at Merry Monday!!
