May is the birthday month for my family. My mom, dad, husband, niece, and I all have birthdays in May. Throw in Mother's Day and Memorial Day and it is a packed month full of parties! But beyond all the parties and presents I love all the birthday freebies you can get.

$3 from CVS- Join the CVS ExtraCare Beauty Club and they will send you a $3 ECB on your birthday. Plus you get $5 in ECB for every $50 you spend all year long.
Dairy Queen Free Blizzard- Sign up with Dairy Queen to receive a free treat on your birthday. Last time I did this it was a free Blizzard, but some people have recently said they only received a BOGO Blizzard. I don't know if they vary by location or not.
$5 from DSW- Sign up for DSW special offers and they will send you a $5 coupon to use on your birthday. Although you won't get a pair of shoes for $5 you could get a free pair of socks or accessories.
Great American Cookies- Get $3 off your next purchase and a free treat on your birthday when you sign up for the Great American Cookie Club.
Fuddruckers Free Burger- We don't have a Fuddruckers nearby, but I love when I am on vacation and can go to one. If you have one nearby sign up here to get a free burger on your b-day.
Jamba Juice Free Smoothie- Grab a free smoothie from Jamba Juice on your birthday when you sign up for their rewards program here.
Jersey Mikes Free Sub- Sign up for Jersey Mike's email club and receive a free sub and a drink on your birthday. Just head over here to sign up.

Hi! Thanks for this awesome post. For the Birthdaypak deal, I tried but I don't think I can sign up through that link. I think your first and last name and email (as a current member) goes up top, and then my email to sign up would go in the spot for friend's email address?
